The first video call that we make to learn about your interests, preferences and to give general information about the arctic region and what to expect here, is completely free.

Northern lights can predictable however not for long terms. We continuously follow data and forecast programs along the trip, in case there is solar activity and clear sky to let us enjoy aurora borealis.
For a more personal experience, we arrange travels for not more than 8 people for groups.
The cancellation fee is 20% for cancellations more than 60 days before the start date of the trip. The cancellation fee is 100% for cancellations within 60 days before the start date of the booked services. If the country in which your trip takes place has banned travel for incoming travellers you will get a full 100% refund.
